Manage all aspects of operations for Valley Solvents & Chemicals Company. VSC is a Texas based company with three locations including: Fort Worth, Corpus Christi and Combes. I currently manage three Operations Managers while based in Corpus Christi. Ensure plant facilities comply with all regulatory requirements, and are clean, safe, and environmentally sound. Establish, implement, refine, and update operating procedures and systems. Develop, implement, review, and update operations training programs. Coordinate, direct, and ensure compliance with the NACD Responsible Distribution Process. Ensure maximum utilization, maintenance, and security of equipment, buildings, and property. Direct the development of annual plans and budgets for the Operations Department. Manage operating functions in line with corporate growth, image, profitability, budgets, and plans. Coordinate operations activities with Headquarters and Sales Department, as well as coordinate and communicate activities between District offices.
